Here is a photo of my boys! on the left is my son Anthony and on the right is my son David.This picture is taken by the Hudson river with back ground of New York.My sons took me to Dinner (belated Mother;s Day gift) at P.F Changs, as we looked over the sky line i said "how pretty" New York is right there! my youngest son (on the left) said lets go!!! so off we went, we took the ferry, free parking at P.F Changs, ferry ride 16 bucks! each not bad then when we got to the other side there is a free bus ride! so we took that to M&M Factory.. I will show more pictures... I said what a nice gift! the whole package, they out did last year! my Anthony said , well next year is Paris!!! lol I can't wait! he was jking me i know but just the thought! how sweet..

Here is a picture of my grandmother (back row to the right) with her four sisters .My Aunt Helen also my God-Mother (bottom row on the right) Used to work at the old Gimbels in the fabric department. I can remember going there with my mom to buy fabric for the clothes she would make for me.Those were the days when wearing pant suits ,dresses,hats,aprons, where all the rage.Never ever wore jeans or pajamas out side the house! You can find these buttons in my shop. I have a large amount that i sorted and will be listing them in groups . Come back often to see the batch I list!!!

Here is a Rosary set done with red stone beads.I love wearing them and making them. I also have a shorter set that I sell,I like to wear the two together they really look nice,I have gotten many comments when I wear them.I recently had someone who wants me to make a full length Rosary with violet swarovski crystals. I think I might have under charged, I've seen them on the web for well over 100.00 dollars. But I really enjoy making them. So half of it is joy the other half is making some one enjoy this beautiful necklace.

You meet so many wonderful people here at Etsy!! A few days ago I had someone buy one of my bracelets that I make with the rosary charms. Then I received a e-mail thru etsy from her son, that has to wear a medical bracelet, and was wondering if I can make him these hemp bracelets. Well of coarse I can. I replied. I made a few different colors as shown above. And to my surprise he buys them all!!! What a wonderful kid!! So I also included a few extras, a necklace and two more different style bracelets and a pair of earrings for his mom! That's just how I am. So If any one decides to order from me, You will be sure that I will include many, many surprises also. I know when I buy from etsy and when I get surprises I will be sure to re visit them again. I always say "what comes around goes around". All smiles!!!

But this week end I did relax a bit.. so i guess today i needed to feel like I have accomplished something, I hate being lazy, It makes me feel guilty for some strange reason. I just love the look of these bags! I went on over to 44th street fabrics and purchased a pattern. I also get a free fat quarter with the order!
I do not sew that often, my last project I did in high school Yikes! But I always love to try something new. I think these would be great for summer trips to the beach, a day at the park, you can stash any thing you want in them , so if they come out the way I hope they will, I will be adding them to my shop. I've been needing a better system for drying my freshly-varnished stamps, so I did a little woodworking this morning and made a rack using your clothes pins--I was using those metal office supply type clips, but they're too slippery and hard to open when I've got my hands full of a varnish brush and a stamp--the clothes pins are perfect for this, and glued up securely to the wood just great. Last night I could not figure out why I was not getting any one to buy my clips .I am having a give away, free bracelet when you buy a set of clips. So what I did was think , who likes my clips? This knitted bag was not from a pattern so it is one of a kind.I placed the Rosary's next to the bag just to give an idea what you can place in it.

Recipe for sugar scrub

I recently made this for myself , I absolutely love it! I use it once a week and it actually makes my skin feel so soft. All ingredients are all natural which I love.
Take a small container with lid: About a 8 oz. size will do.
Fill container 3/4 full of Sugar in the Raw, you can find this in most food stores.
Add Grape seed oil , just enough to blend nicely and to make the sugar hold together you can add more or less depends on how you like the consistency. Also add your favorite scent, any type of oil scent will do. You may use Coconut oil in place of Grape seed oil as well.
Rub on face, rinse with water, blot face with towel, it is that easy enjoy this wonderful Face Scrub!!

She does wonderful work, and works out all areas till you are satisfied . I printed these cards on photo paper to give them a nice shiney look. They came out great, just what i wanted. Now the necklace.This is a new series I have added to my shop .I love the colors Black,Red and White together. The black cross you see here is a swarovski crystal.
